Recharge your mind, body, and soul with our uplifting, mood-enhancing 30-day challenge. Improve your overall health and wellness by creating daily habits for both the mind and body to kick start the warmer months. Feel stronger, more flexible, and more empowered as you turn up the heat and kick those winter blues!

Duration

30 Days. From 9 September - 8 October, 2024.

To celebrate all of our participants, we are planning a finale party in conjunction with our BN x Sorelle Spring market day on the 12th October.

Your Goal

Attend 15 classes in 30 days.

You can totally do as many classes as you like, however we’d love for you to aim to attend at least 15 classes. You can do it!

We’ve also created a bonus challenge for you to embrace self care. Complete your bingo card within the 30 days and see how amazing you feel afterwards.

Prizes

Everyone who completes 15 or more classes is eligible to win! Also, if you complete your self care bingo card, you will receive a bonus double entry intro the draw.

There are 3 amazing prizes up for grabs and include amazing experiences and products to celebrate YOU, valued at over $1,000!

  • Everyone who completes 15 classes in 30 days is eligible and will be placed in a draw to win one of our amazing prizes. The prizes will be drawn at our finale party on the 12th October.

    If you complete your 30 day bingo card, you will receive a double entry to the prize draw.

HERE IS A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION…

  • Each time you visit the studio, make sure you mark off the poster in the change room. We will double check that you have visited 15 classes when it comes time to draw the prizes, via the software.

  • The bingo card is a bonus challenge and is a way to keep you accountable for your own self care. Each day you can choose a challenge, complete it and either mark it off on your own print out, or post to your social story. At the end of the challenge, share with us your completed print out or digital version for a bonus double entry into the prize draw.

  • Anyone is welcome to join! Existing members on an unlimited membership may join free of charge. Members on a 2-per week membership or non-members are also welcome to join with a joining fee.
