A class inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. This fun fusion technique was created to lengthen, strengthen and sculpt your entire body. Barre is a spicy workout. We promise burning thighs (the good kind), a killer playlist and a great time. We don’t promise that you will enjoy stairs the next day.

MAT PILATES

CLASS TYPES
Flow, Signature, Power, Private

Think balance, tone and control. Pilates concentrates on strengthening your entire body with an emphasis on activating your core muscles. It’s sure to enhance your overall wellbeing, whilst also transforming your body. Tip: If you’re new to Pilates or you find it harder to move your body, low-impact Pilates is a wonderful option.

REFORMER PILATES

Foundation, Flow, Signature, Sweat, Private

We’ve fallen in love with Reformer and we're sure you will too! It's a whole-body workout focused on strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination. Traditional Pilates movements applied to the Reformer bed enables you to achieve movement and build resistance as you work out. Tip: If you're a beginner, our Foundation class is for you!

YOGA

Vinyasa, Hatha - Gentle Flow, Yin, Nidra, Private

Yoga involves dynamic exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation principles to give you a complete mind-body connected workout. Whether you want to grow your strength and flexibility or you're looking to connect with your practice and amplify mindfulness, yoga is perfect for you. Expect to walk in and float out!

STRETCH & RECOVER

Improve coordination, relieve stress, and help correct your posture with our stretch and recover class. It combines a range of diverse mobility exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. These include flexibility as well as balance, pliability, stability and strength. You’ll not only stretch but also work on your muscles and joints. This will help you improve functionality, movement patterns, and restore a functional range of motion where possible.

CHILD FRIENDLY

Our child friendly classes are relaxed and supportive and will focus on building your strength and confidence postpartum. We’ll have a secured play area set up within the studio to keep your little ones occupied, or if you want them to join in on your work out, even better! We welcome all mothers from six week’s postpartum onwards.
