We’re thrilled to share that Barre Nation is opening a second studio in the Blue Mountains - bringing the same premium, boutique experience you know and love to more of the Blue Mountains community.
Our team of certified instructors will guide you through a variety of classes that can be curated to suit your individual needs and goals. Our classes are motivating, engaging, energising, and will challenge you through a dynamic mix of Barre, Pilates, Hot and Warm Pilates, Reformer, Yoga and Hot and Warm Yoga.

Our Lawson studio is located at Shop 3, 5-7 Honour Ave, Lawson. We are just off the highway, in the same complex as IGA - convenient!

Yes - there is a car park right at the front of the studio, accessible via Benang Street. If this is full, there is also ample street parking available on both Honour Ave and Benang Street.

We have kept the new studio boutique in size, similar to Blaxland. Our Lawson studio will offer 10 spaces in the mat room and 6 machines in the Reformer room.

Barre Nation Lawson will offer much of the same classes, with the addition of hot/warm pilates and yoga.

Yes! We have introduced a new-tiered membership, ‘The BN Collective’ that allows people to attend unlimited classes across both studio locations, giving you freedom to show up wherever suits your schedule.

Yes. If you’re a current Blaxland member, you can upgrade to the BN Collective Membership. During the Foundation Membership sale dates, existing members are also eligible to receive 10% off the BN Collective Membership price.

Yes. You’re welcome to transfer your current membership from Blaxland to the Lawson studio. We’re pleased to offer all existing Blaxland members the option to roll over their membership to Lawson at the same price you’re currently paying. This offer is valid until 31 May, 2027.

Yes. Our launch timetable is a starting point and not the final schedule. As demand grows, we’ll continue to add classes, with more weekend classes planned in the coming months.

Warm classes are gently heated and designed to be lower to moderate intensity. They focus on controlled movement, strength, mobility and flow. Hot classes are higher intensity, with a stronger focus on cardio, endurance and sweat.

Warm classes are gently heated, lower to moderate intensity and suitable during pregnancy and postpartum with modifications, provided you have medical clearance. They allow for controlled movement and instructor support to prioritise core strength, pelvic floor connection and overall stability.
Hot classes are heated and higher intensity and are not suitable during pregnancy or early postpartum.
Please always inform your instructor if you are pregnant or postpartum so appropriate guidance and modifications can be provided.

The studio is set to open May, 2026 - we’ll be locking a date in very soon!

Yes! We’ll be offering a Foundation Membership to the first 50 people to sign up with us, and will also be hosting a celebration on open day - more details to come.

Yes - the studio will feature a bathroom and changeroom equipped with hair straighteners, blow dryers, and other thoughtful amenities. Our kitchenette will also be stocked with filtered water, herbal tea, fresh fruit, and cold face towels for you to enjoy before or after class.
