Join our Embracing Midlife community workshop - a nurturing 2.5-hour gathering, offering a welcoming space to slow down, connect with others, and explore natural ways to support your well-being during this stage of life.
Hosted by Amanda, a beautiful Barre Nation Member and Aromatherapy expert, and Dolce, Barre Nation’s very own Clinical Instructor. This special event combines education, movement, and hands-on self-care. The 2.5 hours includes:
  • 30-Minute Informative Group Chat
    We’ll discuss what is happening in the body during this transition and how small, realistic lifestyle choices can help with common symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood shifts, sleep changes, brain fog, fatigue, and muscle and joint aches. Learn about safe approaches to essential oils, supportive supplements, and nutrition strategies for energy, weight management, and hormone support.
  • 1-Hour Reformer Strength Curated For Midlife
    Led by Dolce, this slow-tempo, progressive load class is designed to help you build and maintain lean muscle mass, support bone density, improve metabolic health, and reduce joint stiffness. Leave feeling powerful and stable in your body.
  • 1-Hour Hands-on Aromatherapy Workshop
    You will rotate through three self-care stations to create personalized products while learning how plant-based tools can support emotional balance, rest, and daily grounding.
    • Rest & Restore: Create calming blends (sleep roll-on or pillow spray) to support sleep and nervous system relaxation.
    • Emotional Balance: Make an essential oil roller to support mood, self-connection, and hormonal transitions.
    • Daily Grounding: Craft a luxury bath or shower product (bath salts or scented body wash) for stability and calm.
Our focus is on awareness, empowerment, and connection, ensuring you leave with practical tools to reduce everyday toxin exposure and support hormone balance through nourishing food choices and mindful self-care. Tea and a light snack will be provided.
